Sweating is a natural state resulting from our physiology. Man gives away several ml to several liters of sweat a day. It happens, however, that sweating intensifies in a burdensome and extremely embarrassing way. Excessive sweating can be localized and affects only the armpits, hands and feet, or it can be generalized and affects the whole body. It can be the result of coexisting diseases such as hormonal disorders, infections (secondary hyperhidrosis) or occur without a grave cause. The best way to treat secondary hyperhidrosis is to eliminate the cause.
